What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone (if given), role, city and state, type of business, insurance renewal month, the tools you use, and any notes.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to run and secure the site. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics tools on this site today. If that changes, we’ll update this page.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule the work you asked for, and do that work. We don’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the site and our email, and when the law requires it.

Information from our work with you

During a scan, assessment or project, we may learn how your systems, accounts and payments are set up. We keep that confidential and use it only for the work you hired us for.

The online Exposure Scan

Answers you give the online questions stay in your browser. We never see them, and you don’t need an email address to see your result. We only hear from you if you book a call, and then we only get what you typed on that form.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the work and our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
